Legal deadline for the right of withdrawal

According to current laws, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal . You are not required to provide justification, and no penalty will be applied. Once you have informed your decision to withdraw within this 14-day period, you have an additional period of 7 days after communication of the return arrangements to return the products concerned by the withdrawal. This right is only valid for member countries of the European Union.

The customer has 24 hours after the time of purchase to withdraw during checkout. Beyond that, the order will already be shipped.

On la-salopette.us , you have the possibility to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the products. Then you have an additional period of 7 days from the communication return procedures for returning products affected by the withdrawal

In the case of an order comprising several products placed on la-salopette.us, the 14-day period for communicating your decision to withdraw begins from receipt of the last product, indicated by your tracking number.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

In the event of a decision to make use of the right of withdrawal within the stipulated period, only the amount of the product(s) acquired as well as the shipping costs will be reimbursed, the return costs remaining the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions), thus facilitating their resale in new condition. If depreciation of the product results from manipulations other than those necessary to establish its nature, its characteristics, and its proper functioning, the customer could be held liable.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by any means, in particular by postal mail or by e-mail to contact@la-salopette.fr , clearly expressing the desire to withdraw and mentioning the order in question.

Once the withdrawal form or declaration has been sent to La Salopette , no later than 14 days after receipt of the order , the products concerned must be returned to the address of la-salopette.us within a reasonable time, and at most late within 7 days following sending of the withdrawal form or declaration.

In accordance with Council Regulation No. 1182/71/EEC of June 3, 1971, which defines the rules applicable to deadlines, dates and terms:
1. The day on which the contract is concluded or the day of receipt of the goods is not included in the period mentioned in article L. 221-18.
2. The time limit begins to run at the first hour of the first day and ends at the last hour of the last day of the time limit.
3. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.

In the absence of provision of information relating to the right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions provided for in 2° of Article L. 221-5, the withdrawal period is extended by twelve months from the expiration of the initial period, determined in accordance with article L. 221-18. However, if the provision of this information occurs during this extension, the withdrawal period expires seven days after receipt of this information by the consumer.

The burden of proof of exercising the right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for in Article L. 221-21 rests with the consumer.

**Refund :**
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, la-salopette.us will reimburse the sums paid (including delivery costs) no later than 14 days after receipt of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method as the one used for the order (unless expressly agreed for reimbursement using another means of payment). This refund date may be deferred until recovery of the product or until you provide proof of shipment of the product, whichever date is the earliest of these events. La Salopette is not required to reimburse additional costs if you have expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method suggested on la-salopette.us.

However, in the event of total or partial payment by gift vouchers, these cannot be reimbursed either in cash, by check, or by bank card. Reimbursement of purchases made by gift vouchers will be made exclusively in the form of gift vouchers for an amount identical to that paid in this form.
