Legal Period for Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable laws, you have a period of 14 Days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal. You are not required to provide justification, and no penalty will be applied. Once you have communicated your decision to withdraw within this 14 Day period, you have an additional period of 7 days after communication of the return procedures to return the products concerned by the withdrawal. This right is only valid for member countries of the European Union.

The customer has 24 hours after the time of purchase to withdraw during checkout. Beyond that, the order will already be shipped.

Period Provided by Contract to Exercise Right of Withdrawal.

On la-salopette.fr, you have the possibility to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 Days from receipt of the products. Then, you have an additional period of 7 days from the communication of the return procedures to return the products concerned by the withdrawal

In the case of an order including multiple products placed on la-salopette.fr, the 14 Day period to communicate your withdrawal decision begins from receipt of the last product, as indicated by your tracking number.

Details concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal are specified below.

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:

In case of a decision to exercise the right of withdrawal within the stipulated period, only the amount of the product or products purchased as well as shipping costs will be refunded, with return costs remaining the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions), thus facilitating their resale in new condition. If depreciation of the product results from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, the customer's liability may be engaged.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised by any means, particularly by postal mail or by email to contact@la-salopette.fr, clearly expressing the intention to withdraw and mentioning the order in question.

Once the withdrawal form or declaration is sent to La Salopette®, no later than 14 Days after receipt of the order, the products concerned must be returned to the la-salopette.fr address within a reasonable time, and no later than 7 days following the sending of the withdrawal form or declaration.

In accordance with Council Regulation No. 1182/71/EEC of June 3, 1971, which defines the rules applicable to time limits, dates, and terms:
1. The day on which the contract is concluded or the day of receipt of the goods is not included in the time limit mentioned in Article L. 221-18.
2. The time limit begins to run at the first hour of the first day and ends at the last hour of the last day of the time limit.
3. If the time limit expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the first following business day.

In the absence of provision of information relating to the right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions provided for in 2° of Article L. 221-5, the withdrawal period is extended by twelve months from the expiration of the initial period, determined in accordance with Article L. 221-18. However, if the provision of this information occurs during this extension, the withdrawal period expires seven days after receipt of this information by the consumer.

The burden of proof of the exercise of the right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for in Article L. 221-21 falls on the consumer.

**Refund:**
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, la-salopette.fr will proceed with the refund of amounts paid (including delivery costs) no later than 14 Days after receipt of your withdrawal decision, using the same payment method as that used for the order (unless express agreement for a refund according to another means of payment). This refund date may be deferred until recovery of the product or until you provide proof of shipment of the product, whichever date comes first. La Salopette® is only required to refund additional costs if you have expressly chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery method suggested on la-salopette.fr.

However, in case of payment in full or in part by gift certificates, these cannot be refunded in cash, by check, or by credit card. Refunds for purchases made by gift certificates will be made exclusively in the form of gift certificates for an amount identical to that paid in this form.
