Legal period for the right of withdrawal

According to current laws, you have a period of 30 Days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal . You are not required to provide any justification, and no penalty will be applied. Once you have informed your decision to withdraw within this period of 30 Days , you have an additional period of 7 days after communication of the return terms to return the products concerned by the withdrawal. This right is only valid for Member States of the European Union.

The customer has 24 hours after the time of purchase to withdraw when checking out. After this time, the order will already be shipped.

Period provided for in the contract to exercise the right of withdrawal.

On la-salopette.fr , you have the possibility to exercise your right of withdrawal within a period of 30 Days from receipt of the products. Then you have an additional period of 7 days from the communication return procedures for returning the products concerned by the withdrawal

In the case of an order comprising several products placed on la-salopette.fr, the delivery time 30 Days to communicate your decision to withdraw starts from the receipt of the last product, indicated by your tracking number.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

In the event of a decision to exercise the right of withdrawal within the stipulated period, only the amount of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be refunded, with the return costs remaining the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions), thus facilitating their resale in new condition. If a depreciation of the product results from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, the customer could be held liable.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised by any means, in particular by post or by e-mail to contact@la-salopette.fr , clearly expressing the desire to withdraw and mentioning the order in question.

Once the form or declaration of withdrawal has been sent to La Salopette , at the latest 30 days after receipt of the order , the products concerned must be returned to the address of la-salopette.fr within a reasonable time, and at the latest within 7 days following the sending of the form or the declaration of withdrawal.

In accordance with Council Regulation No 1182/71/EEC of 3 June 1971, which defines the rules applicable to time limits, dates and terms:
1. The day on which the contract is concluded or the day of receipt of the goods is not included in the period mentioned in Article L. 221-18.
2. The period begins to run at the first hour of the first day and ends at the last hour of the last day of the period.
3. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

In the absence of provision of information relating to the right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions provided for in 2° of Article L. 221-5, the withdrawal period is extended by twelve months from the expiry of the initial period, determined in accordance with Article L. 221-18. However, if the provision of this information occurs during this extension, the withdrawal period expires seven days after receipt of this information by the consumer.

The burden of proof of the exercise of the right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for in Article L. 221-21 lies with the consumer.

**Refund :**
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, la-salopette.fr will reimburse the sums paid (including delivery costs) at the latest 30 Days after receipt of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method as that used for the order (unless expressly agreed for a refund using another payment method). This refund date may be deferred until recovery of the product or until you provide proof of shipment of the product, the date retained being that of the first of these facts. La Salopette is not required to reimburse additional costs if you have expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method suggested on la-salopette.fr.

However, in the event of total or partial payment by gift vouchers, these cannot be refunded in cash, by check or by credit card. Reimbursement of purchases made by gift vouchers will be made exclusively in the form of gift vouchers for an amount identical to that paid in this form.
