Refund policy

Our primary goal is to ensure 100 % customer satisfaction. Each request is handled with care, within a clear and fair framework for everyone.

⚠️ Return conditions

  • Items must be new, unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.
  • Withdrawal period: you may exercise your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for return.

🌍 Return costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a proven defect or error on our part. Costs may vary depending on the country of return.
  • In the event of a valid withdrawal, the cost of standard delivery will be refunded in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Optional services (such as express shipping) are not refundable.
  • 💡 Tip: when choosing store credit, return shipping is free and you receive a +10 % bonus on the value of the returned item.
  • Exchange: reduced fees, generally between €5 and €10.
  • Refund: fees between €10 and €15.

📦 How to make a return

All return requests must be submitted via our official return portal:

Through this portal, you can:

  • choose between refund, exchange or store credit
  • download your return label
  • receive all instructions by email

Please note: we recommend shipping your return within 10 calendar days of receiving the return label. However, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Validity of the return label

When La Salopette® provides a return label, it is offered as a logistical convenience. The label is valid for 21 calendar days from the date of issue.

After this period, the label may expire. The customer nevertheless retains their full legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods and may return the item at their own expense and responsibility if necessary.

🔁 Additional returns

For the same order, additional returns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis as a commercial gesture.

In such situations, La Salopette® reserves the right to offer an appropriate solution (for example, a partial refund or store credit reflecting logistical costs).

💸 Refund

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned parcel.
  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
