For items from our exclusive The Creations collection, we offer an express delivery service ensuring fast receipt of your order. All La Salopette creations ordered from this collection are delivered within 5 to 10 business days.

For our customers located in other European countries, delivery of The Creations collection items is also expedited, with a timeframe of 5 to 10 business days.

Standard Shipping Timeframe

Our standard shipping times are 5 to 10 business days for deliveries to the United States.

The timeframes for preparing an order and generating the invoice before shipping in-stock products are indicated on the website. These timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays.

An email notification will be automatically sent to you when your items are shipped, provided that the email address in your registration form is correct.

Delivery Terms

The parcel will be delivered to the customer upon signature and presentation of identification.

In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left for the customer, allowing them to collect their parcel from their local delivery point.

Delivery Issues

The customer is informed of the delivery date when selecting the carrier at the end of the online ordering process, before confirming the order.

You will need to enter the tracking number directly on the carrier's website.

Please note that deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. The order is fully refunded if delivery exceeds this timeframe.

La Salopette is responsible until the product is delivered to the customer. Please note that the customer has three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss observed upon delivery.
